The Ground of Spiritual Practice

Join Oren for Spirit Rock's Monday Night Dharma Talk and Meditation program and find a little peace and quite to sustain you into the week. The evening will include a period of silent meditation followed by a Dharma talk with Q&A. Oren will be exploring the themes of the foundation and spiritual practice and how to sustain energy on a contemplative path.

This event is appropriate for beginning and experienced students.
