Join Oren for an evening of contemplative practice at Insight Western Mass. We’ll explore how the Noble Eightfold Path can support us to find more balance and purpose in times of stress, overwhelm, and heartbreak personally and collectively.
Our evening will include a guided meditation, a Dharma Talk, plus time for Q&A. This event will be held online and is offered by donation.
