What role does devotion play on the Buddhist path? How can we understand and cultivate this quality in a direct and meaningful way in our lives? This half-day program will explore these and other questions related to devotion and its role in contemplative practice. The day will include a combination of didactic teaching, silent meditation and reflection, interactive exploration, with ample time for questions and discussion. This program is appropriate for both advanced and new meditators alike. All are welcome, no prior experience necessary.
