THIS EVENT IS FROM 12-12:45P PT / 3-3:45P ET
Elections are often stressful, but this year may prove to be one of the most stressful and historic elections of our lifetime. Combined with the cumulative stress of the pandemic, months of social distancing, an economic recession, the acrimonious political polarization in the US and the emotionally potent reckoning with racial justice, it’s natural to feel overwhelmed, depleted, or frozen.
Join Oren for an open, afternoon meditation session. We’ll touch into the foundations of two key ancient Buddhist practices: one for calming the mind and body, another for opening and strengthening the heart. The session will include instructions, guided meditation, and time for questions and answers.
This event is freely offered, and will also occur on Monday November 9. (If you register here, you do not need to register again for the Nov. 9 session). The session will be recorded and posted on Oren’s YouTube channel for viewing afterwards.
