Online Meditation Retreat
In this weekend online retreat, we’ll explore a variety of ways to find strength, wholeness and healing through cultivating four powerful qualities: kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. Traditionally known as the Brahma Viharas (Sublime States or Divine Abodes), these qualities shine through naturally when the heart is balanced and open. Today, they offer a potent antidote to the hardship, grief and loss of our times. The weekend will consist of a range of guided meditation practices, question and answer, as well as several small group discussions and reflection practices. All are welcome, no experience needed.
Schedule: 7a - 10a PT and 11:30a - 2p each day (break from 10a-11:30a)
This retreat is co-sponsored by Mariposa Sangha and Unitarian Society of Germantown
