Program Overview:

• What: Online practice community integrating meditation, contemplation, and social change.
• When: Sessions every other week: Wednesdays (4:00-5:15pm PT) and Saturdays (9:00-10:15am PT). Recordings available for two weeks.
• Where: Online via zoom.
• Who: Open to all, no prior experience required.
