Join Oren and Dharma teacher Will Kabat-Zinn in person or online for an evening of meditation and Dharma discussion. The session will include a guided meditation, a Dharma talk, discussion between Will and Oren, plus time for Q&A. This is a hybrid event — you may join in-person at UC Berkeley or online.
